Tatsuno Corporation HSSE audit & Lecture 2018

Tatsuno Corporation have conducting a HSSE audit & lecture to all our HSSE Supervisor. TC have guide on the Audit Checklist, all the supervisor observe & comment on the front liners during their job performed. We review in the classroom after the site audit.
Also TC have coach us on the risk assessment for JHA, each supervisor should able to assess the severity / risk level of the step in JHA, we apply KYT (Kiken Yochi Training) (K – Danger, Y – Foreseeing, T- Training) system to our daily activity / Tool Box Talk before work start.
To recognition & discussion about the dangerous point, definition of dangerous point, proposal of solution & making a countermeasure as a group.
